POLICIES

Before booking, take the time to read over and understand our policies. 

*A service deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit must be paid to secure appointment time, if not paid appointment time is not guaranteed. Prices do not reflect an additional service fee of 10% and sales tax.

The Alisha Danielle Glam Factory will provide quality express services in a timely manner. There are NO same day appointments. Every client is a case by case, meaning that we offer a fast and friendly service for an affordable price but, we will not rush on any client or situation.

• Our weave application process may take 2-4 hours depending on services. We cannot rush but we guarantee that we are prompt in ensuring less a wait time as possible.

• We ask that there is No Food bought into the salon 

• We have limited seating, ask that you bring no additional guests unless being service

If you are reusing your bundle(s) please have them washed and thread free. A deposit is required to book a time slot. The deposit will be deducted from your total. If you are 30 minutes late for your time slot, your deposit will not be credited toward your service. A 48-hour notice is required by email: info@theadglamfactory.com. If you need to cancel, then credit is issued toward your next service. If you book within a 48-hour time frame, then need to cancel, your deposit cannot be credited. NO REFUNDS. Requesting a stylist is not a guarantee.

• Confirmation of appointment is required


• We do not detangle your natural hair. You are responsible to detangle your natural hair. 

 

  • Payments are paid in full at the time of service.

• The Alisha Danielle Glam Factory is a customer service-oriented establishment. In any event that you are unsatisfied with the service, please inform your stylist or cashier, during or before leaving. Our staff will try to work with you and gladly resolve any problems within a reasonable time. 

• Your natural hair must be shampooed and blow-dried before your weave can be installed. We can shampoo and blow dry your hair for an extra charge.

• If you need to leave the Salon, full service payment is required if we have started any service. Non-cash payment are additional 10% service charge 

• We may have our customers prepay for their services. 

• We will explain any service process as well as maintenance. 

• The Alisha Danielle Glam Factory is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions or sores due to braids, weaving process, adhesives, hair weave choices or any chemical services, etc. 

• The Alisha Danielle Glam Factory is not responsible for hair loss due to the installation process in any manner, including weaving, wig, or quick-weave services. 

• We cannot guarantee that you will have a particular stylist. 

• If you are not being serviced, you should wait in the lobby or waiting area. 

• The Alisha Danielle Glam Factory Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

• Disrespectful, Inappropriate language or behavior is prohibited. 

• No men or children unless being serviced. A $25 BRAT charge will be added to appointment if your child is difficult to service.

 

• No pets are allowed. 

• No refunds. Payments are paid in full prior to or at the time of service. 

• You have 48- hours to notify us by phone or email at info@theadglamfactory.com if you are unsatisfied with your service. 

• All services are provided at your own voluntary, free will.

• Walk-in is not guaranteed that we will have your lengths and textures.
